11 Best Ayurvedic tips to Increase your immunity and keep your body cool in summer.

In this article we will discuss about some home remedies for boosting immunity and cooling our body in the summer.


 The decoction(kashaya) is thought to be a great gift of our Ayurveda.It is a drink consumed by all ages. Decoction helps protect our body from germs.It is not wrong if  kashaya is said to be best medicine for cough, colds, flu and other diseases.



Decoction(kashaya) preparing  method:


 Add ginger, cardamom, cloves, cilantro, aromatherapy, petal basil leaf, ground pepper, 1 inch cinnamon to two cups of water and boil well for 5 minutes.  After 5 minutes add some jaggery to it.  Once the jaggery is melted, drain and serve.

Increase your Immunity with these tips:


 1. Put fresh pudina leaf and ajeevan seeds in boiling water and take steam once a day.







 2. If you have a cough and a sore throat, put 1 clove in your mouth and put it to bed.


 3. Conduct daily yoga, pranayama and meditation practice for at least 30 minutes.

 4. Drink hot water regularly.

 5. Use turmeric, cumin, coriander and garlic in daily cooking


 6.Table spoon sesame oil or coconut oil in the mouth for 2 - 3 minutes, spit it out and then dip the mouth with hot water.  Doing this twice a day.


 7. If you have a sore throat and a sore throat, add 1 -2 cloves powder with raisins or honey ghee 2 to 3 times a day.


 8.Each morning ginger in boiling water and boil it well with a little jaggery.


 9. Wash the basil leaves thoroughly every morning with 4-5 basil leaves to prevent cough and cold


 10. Dry ginger and jaggery every day.



 11.Ingesting 2 cups of hot water every morning with lemon juice can help keep your body cool and also it helps to loose fat.

 1. Drinking one cup of lemon juice per day is good for health.  Drinking a glass of lemon juice in the morning helps to reduce weight and control the amount of acidity in your diet.


 2. Watermelon and Turmeric should be eaten most often during this time.  Eating these fruits is also good for the health of people with diabetes.  Keeps the body hydrated and keeps the body hydrated.


 3. Sugar foods increase the temperature of the body.  Quit honey and molasses.  Eat more of the natural sugar in vegetables and fruits.


 4. Avoid hot foods in bed.  Do not consume palak, black pepper, radish, garlic, onion.       Consumption of spices can have a negative impact on health.

 8. Store a cup or bucket of water in the room and the temperature drops.


 9. Put a damp punch or towel around the room and cool the room.


 10. Fresh fruit juice and fruit intake should be consumed regularly.


 11.Add lemon juice to hot water, mix well and consume every morning to keep your body cool.
